A pool in Yarmouth
What to know before we dig
Yarmouth has a lot of homes built from the 1960s on, and plenty of them have an in-ground pool that is now on its second or third liner. That makes renovation and liner replacement a big part of the work here, along with new builds.
If your pool has wrinkles, faded color or a slow leak, we measure, order and install the new liner, and fill the pool the day it goes in.
Anywhere on the Cape, a few rules travel with every pool: Massachusetts requires a barrier around it, most homes are on septic, so the leach field decides where the pool can sit, and lots near water or wetlands go through the town's Conservation Commission. We check all three on the first visit, before the quote.

What owners say on Google
Clearwater Custom Pools is as good as it gets in quality, service, and customer responsiveness! The owner, Rodrigo, and his team, construct and maintain pools with unparalleled experience and expertise.
My wife and I started using Clearwater’s services almost 3 1/2 years ago. Throughout that time, they have annually opened and closed our pool, done troubleshooting when problem issues arose, installed a new pool heater, and maintained our pool’s complete integrity throughout the seasons.
It’s a rarity in these days and times to find a business that stands behind their products and services. This Company does just that! Clearwater exemplifies the standard through which other companies should be measured. and can be counted on to DELIVER what they promise.
I could best sum things up by saying Clearwater Pools works with water-related issues and ‘walks on water’ while doing it. Bravo to Clearwater from a highly satisfied customer who never stops being impressed and pleased with their service responsiveness and attention to detail!!
Rodrigo and his crew were nothing short of amazing professionals.
