A pool in Mashpee

What to know before we dig

Between Mashpee Commons, the neighborhoods around Mashpee-Wakeby Pond and the coastal communities near South Cape Beach and New Seabury, Mashpee has many newer homes and planned neighborhoods. Some come with association rules for fences, equipment and placement, and we work within them.

Newer homes here are often ready for a first pool: we can take it from the layout through the patio.

Anywhere on the Cape, a few rules travel with every pool: Massachusetts requires a barrier around it, most homes are on septic, so the leach field decides where the pool can sit, and lots near water or wetlands go through the town's Conservation Commission. We check all three on the first visit, before the quote.
