Pool opening and closing on Cape Cod
Spring openings and fall winterizing for pools and spas, booked early so you are swimming on Memorial Day.
How it works
What the job involves
Openings fill up fast in April and May, so we take bookings early and give you a date. At the opening the cover comes off, the equipment starts and we bring the water back. In the fall we blow out the lines so the plumbing survives the Cape winter, treat the water and close everything up tight.
Common questions
When should I book my opening?
As early as you can. Openings are booked in order, and the earlier you are on the list, the sooner you swim.
Why does the closing matter so much?
Water left in the lines can freeze and crack the plumbing over the winter. A proper blow-out and plug is what prevents a spring repair.
